Founder & CEO
Joey grew up watching his father manage construction projects, sparking a lifelong passion for the industry. After graduating from the University of Florida with a degree in Construction Management, he spent four years with a mid-sized GC in Tampa. He advanced to Senior Project Engineer, working across preconstruction and project management on ground-up commercial projects.
It was during this time that Joey experienced the daily reality of fragmented data and manual scoping workflows. Convinced the industry deserved better tools, he founded RACOS to bring intelligent clarity to how we build.
